Candy Cane Lane

Candy Cane Lane will be a parkway leading to, around, and exiting “Candy Cane Village.” We received a donation of hundreds of lighted displays, including several animated displays.

Some of the most note-worthy displays are:

Entry Gate — Will be comprised of two 40 foot candy canes supporting the “Candy Cane Lane” entry sign, all illuminated by thousands of lights.

“Stairway to Heaven” — a one of a kind, copyrighted memorial to the victims of the bombing of Oklahoma City’s Alfred P Murrah Federal Building on 19 April 1995. It is nearly 70-feet tall and includes 171 Angels (one for each victim including the three unborn infants) entering the heavens above.

“Rusty the Dragon” — This display is appoximately 90 feet in length and 15 feet in height. His head moves up and down, wearing a Santa hat, and fire and smoke effects come from his mouth and nose. His tail also wiggles. He is lit by over 30,000 lights.

400 Lighted Candy Canes — These will outline both sides of Candy Cane Lane.

Multi drive through arches — Each uniquely designed and sequenced to music to add a “WOW” factor.

One of the tasks for which we will need volunteers is to refurbish and set up these displays as we begin to grow and develop Candy Cane Village and Lane. If you would like to help with this, contact us.
